These photographs were taken from the window of my dorm during my teacher training journey. On certain mornings, the sunrise pours through the glass in shades of gold and amber, transforming an ordinary view into something almost dreamlike. To many people, these may simply look like scenic shots. But to me, they represent something far more personal. Growing up, I never really had a room of my own or private corner to fully call mine. Having this small dorm room became a symbol of independence and growth. It is a space I worked hard to afford for myself and because of that, every sunrise seen through this window feels significant to me. These images capture more than light. They capture peace, gratitude, and the feeling of finding and embracing my evolving self.
