          <title><![CDATA[This photograph was taken in Yunnan at a place called Lugu Lake. It's home to the Mosuo, an ethnic matriarchal tribe.  The subject is a Mosuo boat rower enjoying a smoke while waiting for his next ride. Each boat ride is physically demanding, as the boats are hand-rowed and the total distance spans just over a kilometer. To prevent exhaustion, each rower is limited to 6 trips a week and all proceeds are pooled into the village's communal fund to be distributed equally. | beanuptosomething]]></title>

But the street has a way of interrupting. In the foreground, an auto-rickshaw driver had dropped his pants, re-tucking his shirt. A gesture of professional pride performed with total indifference to the public eye.  While one half of the street is conscious of how they are seen, the other is simply existing in the thick of a long workday.           <title><![CDATA[Title: Dining with her  Series: Dreams  Status: On-going  About:  This is the first entry in this series, this as part of photo-essay  will have a total of 15 main pictorial works and supporting supplements.   “Dreams", in this series I wanted to pictorialize what I could remember from my most vivid, intense, and memorable dreams that occurred / occurs to me during the REM phase, which is said to be the primary, deep-sleep stage.  REM dreams are often characterized as intense, emotional, and story-like, compared to non-REM dreams, which are often more thought-like or brief.  This stage is said to be characterized by high brain activity, rapid eye movement, and temporary muscle paralysis. It typically happens in cycles throughout the night, aiding in memory consolidation, emotional regulation, and cognitive function.  I could not remember everything or every dream, but I note down and visualise what I could remember in my journal, this is also an effort to understand human persona & individual psyche, I try to detach myself from self and observe as an outsider treating myself as a mere subject.
