Leica Camera Japan has announced the full-frame mirrorless system camera, the “Leica SL3.” The official release date is March 16, 2024, with a retail price of 1,100,000 JPY (tax included).

A Full-Frame Mirrorless Camera Evolved Through Innovative Technology
The Leica SL3 features a 60-megapixel 35mm full-frame BSI CMOS image sensor with advanced triple-resolution technology, catering to a wide range of photographic scenarios.
It incorporates Leica’s proprietary autofocus system, which integrates three detection methods for rapid and precise focusing. Despite its compact form, the camera boasts in-body image stabilization, IP54-rated dust and splash resistance, and 8K video recording capabilities—delivering high performance and portability in one sophisticated package.
