HART Hart

Walking behind this couple on the streets of Cardiff, I was drawn to their carefree rhythm, as though life had nowhere else to be. There was something so effortless about the way they walked, as though they had all the time in the world. I felt a quiet envy, but also a warmth that reminded me of how beautiful life can be in its most ordinary moments. For a brief second, time seemed to stand still. Only the light, their shadows, and the beauty of an ordinary life remained. Perhaps that is what photography means to me — holding on to a moment that life will never pause for.
