Us Against the World Photography has always been the language I use when words fall short. In this image, the mountain and sky dwarf the people standing upon it, reminding me how small we are in the grand scheme of things. Yet despite that vastness, they are not alone. I chose this photograph because it speaks to a quiet kind of strength, the kind that comes from simply having someone beside you. Sometimes, that's enough to make even the biggest world feel a little smaller.
