Agony Agony rarely announces itself. It does not always erupt into visibility. More often, it settles quietly beneath the surface. In this work, the body floats in suspension, poised between endurance and release. Water serves as both cradle and weight, holding the figure while evoking emotional depth and psychological gravity. The surrounding landscape remains serene, almost indifferent, intensifying the contrast between inner turbulence and outward calm. This image reflects on the fragile threshold between surrender and survival. Agony is not presented as spectacle, but as an intimate and interior condition. The act of remaining afloat becomes an assertion of resilience, a quiet persistence within unseen currents. | Urasha

We live in a world that has long treated male vulnerability as weakness, as something to be corrected, concealed, or ashamed of. This photograph asks the viewer to sit with their discomfort, to examine why softness in a man's face can feel so unfamiliar, even unsettling. To the men who will stand before this image — vulnerability is not the opposite of strength. It is the truest form of it. You are allowed to recognise yourself here. To reach out. To come undone, and call it human. | Juanmoley

This photograph captures a quiet moment of solitude beneath a tree. A young boy sits absorbed in his own world, momentarily separated from the noise and movement of everyday life around him. The scene reflects the small spaces of stillness that exist even within busy environments. Using black and white allows the image to focus on mood, light, and emotion rather than colour. The contrast between shadow and light highlights the boy’s concentration while the surrounding darkness frames the moment, creating a sense of calm and introspection. Through this work, I aim to show how simple, ordinary moments can carry quiet depth. The photograph invites viewers to pause and reflect on the unnoticed moments of stillness that often exist in our everyday lives. | Akshob Ram Kumar
