We were very lucky to see this. We were done for safaris on the day - we were changing Hotels and moving from one Serengeti National Park to Ngoro Ngoro Crater. All my camera gear was packed up and we had a few hours of driving ahead of us. But we were still driving through the Serengeti - suddenly our driver spotted this Lion and Lioness together, and we stopped to watch. I quickly prepared my camera Gear and was happy to have captured this image. Just a quick background of what is happening - After mating, the Lioness is very angry and the Lion obviously looks scared !!
