Blending Analog and Digital—Creating Intentional Coincidence
When shooting digitally, I create my color palette through white balance. When shooting on film, I embrace unexpected results—such as backlighting or experimental elements like multiple exposures.
dede dos
While running a small two-room hotel ‘somos’ in Okinawa, dede dos pursues photography in parallel.
Passionate about surfing, the desire to photograph surfers while riding waves led to the search for a camera usable at sea, resulting in the discovery of the Nikonos analog camera. Since then, the fascination with film photography has only grown.
