The is held by cizucu around the world. By simply submitting your photographs to cizucu, you can participate in the photo poster exhibition and connect with fellow photographers you have yet to meet.
This time, we spoke with Pon, a creator who participated in the .

Please introduce yourself!
My name is Pon.
We capture scenes from our travels and daily life with our camera. Based in Hyogo, we value photographing everything from nature and animals to architecture, without restricting ourselves to a single genre, aiming to preserve the atmosphere of each moment. Through photography, we strive to create works that resonate with the memories and emotions of others.
What inspired you to participate?
I was drawn to the experience of not only sharing my work online, but also delivering my photographs in the tangible form of a poster. I felt it was a rare opportunity to present my work as a physical piece, with its own scale and texture, rather than just as data.

Additionally, the desire to directly interact with other participants and be exposed to their perspectives and values motivated me to broaden my own means of expression.
How was your experience participating?
It was an inspiring and heartwarming experience, even more than I had imagined. By printing and displaying my work, I discovered new facets of my own photography, and the joy of receiving direct feedback was exceptional.
Listening to other creators discuss their creative process and intentions greatly expanded my perspective, changing the way I view photography itself. It was an exhibition where I truly experienced the essence of ‘connecting with people through art’.
Why did you choose that particular photograph for the exhibition?
Since purchasing a camera this April, the time my spouse and I have spent capturing the seasons has become a treasure. For this exhibition, I chose a photograph that not only captures the beauty of the landscape, but also evokes the atmosphere and conversations of the day each time I see it.

This photograph seems to capture not only the moment we waited for the light and discussed the composition, but also the joy of sharing the results with each other. By displaying it as a poster, I hope it will evoke a sense of nostalgia for that day in those who view it.
For those considering participating in the photo poster project
The is an exhibition event where you can not only ‘show’ your photographs, but also ‘deliver’ them as an experience.
Printed works reveal details and atmospheres that are hard to notice on a screen, and interaction among creators can greatly broaden your expressive horizons.
If you are hesitating, I encourage you to take the first step. Your photographs may touch someone’s heart, leading to new encounters and discoveries.
