The event will take place on Sunday, December 14, at in Tenjin, Fukuoka.

* Exhibitors must be present at the venue from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. * Visitors other than exhibitors can attend for free.

6,000 yen (includes A2 printing, setup, and venue fees)
* Viewing and admission to the exhibition are free.

2025 has been a year filled with warm memories, emotional moments, and unforgettable excitement captured in photographs. Choose one particularly memorable photo you took this year and join us.

Important Notes

Please read the following notes carefully before applying.

  • Once your participation is confirmed, the participation fee of 6,000 yen (including printing, setup, and venue fees) will apply. The fee will still be charged even if you fail to submit your work or are absent on the day.
  • Please submit works that meet the following conditions:
    • File size requirements
      • (Required) Minimum short side: 2000 pixels
      • (Recommended) Approximately 7020×4950 pixels
    • Portrait orientation only
    • Single photo (collages, photos with text, or framed works are not allowed)
  • To ensure all participants feel “glad they participated,” please read the community rules when applying.
  • Photos of the event will be taken on the day. These may be published on the website, social media, or advertisements.
  • Participants present at the end of the event can take their photo posters home. Shipping is not available.
