[Exhibitors Wanted] December Event in Fukuoka | Showcase Your Photo as a Poster | Release #654

The is an exhibition where photographers gather to share the joy of showcasing their work and the opportunity to grow.

The event will take place on Sunday, December 14, at in Tenjin, Fukuoka.

Participating in the , hosted by cizucu, is very simple.

Then, all you need to do is show up at the venue. Many photographers from the same area will also participate, so you might find future photography friends.

6,000 yen (includes A2 printing, setup, and venue fees)
* Viewing and admission to the exhibition are free.

2025 has been a year filled with warm memories, emotional moments, and unforgettable excitement captured in photographs. Choose one particularly memorable photo you took this year and join us.

Please read the following notes carefully before applying.

• Once your participation is confirmed, the participation fee of 6,000 yen (including printing, setup, and venue fees) will apply. The fee will still be charged even if you fail to submit your work or are absent on the day.
• Please submit works that meet the following conditions:
  • File size requirements
    • (Required) Minimum short side: 2000 pixels
    • (Recommended) Approximately 7020×4950 pixels
  • Portrait orientation only
  • Single photo (collages, photos with text, or framed works are not allowed)
• To ensure all participants feel “glad they participated,” please read the community rules when applying.
• Photos of the event will be taken on the day. These may be published on the website, social media, or advertisements.
• Participants present at the end of the event can take their photo posters home. Shipping is not available.

Q: How do I pay the participation fee?
A: After selecting the venue and date, you can pay via “credit card” or, depending on your device, “Apple Pay” or “Google Pay.” Please note that refunds are not available after payment. The participation fee will still apply even if you are absent on the day.

Q: Where can I submit my work?
A: After completing the payment, you can submit your work via the automatically redirected page or the link provided in the confirmation email.

Q: Can I take the poster home?
A: You can take your poster home by being present at the venue at the end of the event (4:00 PM). Shipping is not available, so please bring your own bag for the poster.

Q: Can I invite friends to view the exhibition?
A: Absolutely! After receiving your participation confirmation email, feel free to share the event on social media.

Q: I heard I can create business cards. How can I do that?
A: After your participation is confirmed, details will be sent via email.
