The , organized by cizucu since the end of last year, allows participants to join a photo poster exhibition simply by submitting their photos to cizucu. It’s a chance to meet new photographer friends you’ve never encountered before.
This time, we spoke with creator kandz, who participated in the .
Please introduce yourself!
My name is kandz. I usually take photos of cityscapes, people, and fleeting moments in life. Through the 'presence,' 'forms,' and 'spaces' found in everyday life, I hope to convey a sense of storytelling.

What inspired you to participate?
As I reviewed the photos I had taken over time, I realized they reflected my unique perspective and thoughts, and I wanted to share them for the first time.
The exhibition theme, 'Forms,' resonated with me. I felt it was an opportunity to shape my inner feelings and thoughts and share them with others, which led me to decide to participate.

How was your experience participating?
This was my first time exhibiting in a photo exhibition, so honestly, I was filled with nerves until the day before. It was my first experience having my photos displayed in public and talking about my work.
However, once I arrived at the venue, the other exhibitors and staff warmly welcomed me, and my nerves quickly eased. Each person had their own thoughts and ways of expressing themselves through photography, and I found their works incredibly inspiring.
Why did you choose that particular photo?
The theme of this exhibition was 'Forms.' I chose this photo because I wanted to capture a moment where 'forms' intersect with human movement. In the structured environment, the image of a person taking steps seemed to quietly reveal the shape of life and the flow of time.

A message for those considering joining the photo poster project
I was deeply moved by the connections made through works in the same space and the communication that goes beyond words. Above all, being able to directly talk to people who viewed my photos was incredibly encouraging.
This experience was an irreplaceable step forward for me, so if you’re considering exhibiting, I highly recommend it!
