My name is Tamayu, and I primarily photograph nature. I enjoy traveling to various places in search of seasonal transitions and enchanting landscapes, capturing them freely.
The camera I use is a mirrorless model from . Recently, I’ve been interested in creating reel videos, so I purchased the .
What Inspired You to Participate?
The first time I participated, I wanted to showcase my work to a wider audience and improve my expressive skills through honest feedback.
I had previously participated in several photo exhibitions and found them appealing as platforms for presentation. Among them, I was particularly drawn to the because it allows participants to convey the intentions and background of their work through ‘words,’ which motivated me to take on the challenge.
Have You Experienced Any Changes Through Multiple Participations?
As I participated more, I started to focus on ‘showcasing’ my photos, which brought changes to my composition and theme selection.
Additionally, I’ve been inspired by the works of other participants, which has broadened my perspective. Through these interactions, I’ve made photography friends, making the act of photographing itself more enjoyable and meaningful.
What Do You Find Appealing About the photo poster project?
The appeal of the lies not only in its accessibility but also in the opportunity to hear directly from exhibitors about the stories behind their photos. The genres and styles of photography are diverse, offering new inspiration each time.
Moreover, having my work beautifully printed in A2 size is a delight. I enjoy displaying it at home to relive the experience or gifting it to others, which is another charm of this project.
