Sigma Corporation officially announces the world's smallest and lightest ultra-wide zoom lens for APS-C, the SIGMA 10-18mm F2.8 DC DN | Contemporary.

This lens covers a focal length of 15-27mm in 35mm equivalent, maintaining F2.8 brightness with a lightweight and compact design.

Main Features

World's Smallest and Lightest

Designed for APS-C mirrorless cameras, it features an ultra-compact body with a total length of 62.0mm and a weight of 260g.

Wide Angle and High Resolution

Featuring large-diameter, high-refractive index aspherical lenses and special low-dispersion glass, it boasts high resolution while maintaining a wide angle of view.

Excellent Close-Up Capability

Achieves a minimum focusing distance of 11.6cm (at the wide end) and allows close-up shooting with a maximum magnification of 1:4.

Easy-to-Attach New Hood

The newly developed push-on petal-shaped hood allows for easy and secure attachment.

Dust and Splash Resistant Structure

Features rubber sealing on the mount to prevent the ingress of dust and water droplets from outside.

Release Date and Compatible Mounts

The SIGMA 10-18mm F2.8 DC DN | Contemporary will be available for the following mounts starting September 26, 2024.

  • Sony E mount (available since October 2023)
  • Fujifilm X mount (available since October 2023)
  • L mount (available since October 2023)
